Refund policy
For exchanges, it's very simple: contact us by email at contact @ philippezorzetto.com.
In case of an error during the ordering process, or simply if you wish to cancel an order before the products are shipped, the Customer should submit a request by mail or email to Customer Service at contact @ philippezorzetto.com. Once the error is duly noted, a refund will be issued without delay.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Customer has a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery. This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to sales made through the Website (in-store sales are excluded). Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as well as products that have been damaged or used. The Customer must notify Customer Service of their intention to withdraw within the allotted time via email at contact@philippezorzetto.com. Within 14 days of the Customer’s notification of their wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products in brand new condition, meaning with new soles without any marks or scratches, in their original packaging, with all return costs entirely at the Customer’s expense. If the returned product is not in brand new condition, the Customer will not be refunded.
In case of a defect in your product, you must contact Customer Service. Once the defect is duly confirmed by both parties, a return authorization number will be issued by our sales department; without authorization, any return will be refused. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. If the requested model is out of stock at the time of return, a store credit will be issued to the Customer.
Orders made directly in-store are not refundable.
