All Zorzetto shoes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Article 3: Repairs
In the event of a recognized defect during the warranty period, Zorzetto commits to repairing or replacing the defective shoes free of charge.

Article 4: Returns
If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with their online purchase, they may return unworn shoes in their original condition within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. All in-store purchases are final and cannot be returned.
